Conditional Formatting

Ok, so I have these 5 people who give me this worksheet on a regular basis... and they edit it and give it back to me. In some cases they delete rows, change rows, or add new rows. Is there a way of aggregating what changes they made on a separate worksheet? (like, one that is hidden)... We have already tried using track changes, and the other people are unwilling to coopoerate. We have a last edited date column, but the other people do not cooperate in this regard either.

It would be great if the Last Edited column could be automated (for the whole row, cells A51:AM51), and if there were a way other than track changes to find out which rows were deleted...
